Operator & Access Control Programming
Programming and configuration for compatible gate operators, controllers, intercoms, keypads, scanners, cellphone access units and credentials — set up around how the property actually grants entry.
What It Covers
Equipment configured for the way people arrive
Hardware on the wall is only half of an access system. Programming is where residents, staff, visitors and vendors get the right entry method, and where the gate is set to behave correctly on every cycle.

Compatibility and scope
Scope depends on the system
What can be programmed is determined by the operator, controller or access device already installed — or the one selected for the project.
Existing equipment is reviewed first
Make, model and firmware level of the installed equipment decide which settings and features are available.
Programmed with the install
On new installations, configuration happens as part of the same scope so the entry is handed over working.
No claims beyond the equipment
We configure what the manufacturer's equipment supports. We do not provide proprietary software, remote monitoring or third-party integrations.
Capabilities
What We Program
Configuration work covers the operator, the controller and the devices people interact with at the entry.
- 01
Gate Operators
Setting travel limits, force and cycle behavior on compatible slide, swing, overhead and in-ground operators.
- 02
Controllers
Configuration of access controllers used with gate operators, including inputs, outputs and relay behavior.
- 03
Credentials
Adding, removing and organizing keycards, HID cards, fobs, codes and user entries on compatible systems.
- 04
Keypads & Scanners
Entry code setup, user assignment and device configuration on keypads and scanning devices.
- 05
Video Intercoms
Directory entries, call routing and device settings on compatible intercom equipment.
- 06
Cellphone Access
Configuration of compatible cellphone-based entry units and the user entries associated with them.

How We Approach Your Project
Confirm the equipment, then configure
- 01
Identify the equipment
The operator, controller and access devices on the property are confirmed.
- 02
Confirm what's needed
Entry behavior, users, codes, credentials and call routing requirements are defined.
- 03
Configure
Compatible settings are programmed on the operator, controller and devices.
- 04
Test each entry path
Every credential type and entry method is tested at the gate before handover.
- 05
Walk it through with you
We show how to use the system and what day-to-day management involves.
